The hotel is located near a beautiful beach with plenty of amenities to enjoy. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a nice pool area to relax in after a day at the beach.

The rooms are basic without air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during the hot summer months. the food at dinner is limited and not of the best quality, therefore we preferred to eat at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel has very pleasant grounds and is in a good location for both the beach and exploring the countryside.

I would not recommend half board at this hotel as the food was, in my opinion, poor. The atmosphere in the restaurent was also poor. Both lunch and dinner were 30 euros which was better spent in restaurants outside the hotel. Breakfast was very limited and the same each day. However breakfast was taken in the garden which was pleasant. The pool area was very nice but the pool was not heated and really cold. Although there were plenty of sunbeds the sun only shone on the pool rarely as the pine trees shaded the area most of the day.There was no information ,whatsoever, on the hotel in either the reception area or bedroom.

Hotel Villa Tiziana has a very nice athmosphere located in a typical Italian villa. Breakfast buffet is served outside in the lovely garden. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach. You can rent bicycles at the hotel.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for their services. The staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location in the lovely garden is a beautiful touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the basic amenities offered in the rooms, along with the breakfast, cater to all needs.

No improvements needed; everything was great.

We had a room in the villa which was very pleasant. It seemed as if no one else had stayed in it. We were told we had been upgraded and were very happy with the room.

The rooms were very clean but smelled very strongly of bleach which was off putting. Breakfast was set in the garden which was lovely and the staff were efficient. The main course of the evening meal was quite poor in comparison to the other courses.

I recently stayed at a charming Italian villa, nestled in a beautiful garden setting. The hotel's attention to detail and friendly staff make it a great value for money. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served under the sunny sky in the garden.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement, everything was perfect.

Best aspects of our Xmas stay by the beach were the cozy rooms, perfect breakfast buffet, and excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and adequately equipped. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, such as fresh fruits, baked goods, and hot dishes - all served in a beautiful setting. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff who always went out of their way to meet our needs. The hotel was also situated just a short walk from the beach, making it an ideal location for a relaxing and peaceful Xmas vacation.

Worst aspects of our stay included the limited dining options available, and the cramped parking lot. The onsite dining options were quite limited, and there were not many eateries nearby.

Walking distance to the beach and located in a beautiful park setting under the Mediterranean pines. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and supportive.

This hotel is situated in a wonderful park with mature trees and pine forests providing shade from the hot sun. the hotel surroundings are peaceful and adequately located within walking distance to the beach and urban areas of Pietrasanta or Camiore. the welcome was warm, and staff were helpful. the restaurant provides adequate food in a very nice setting under the Mediterranean pines; the breakfast was exceptional with a lot of choices.

The hotel's small swimming pool only opens for a short time, which can be disappointing.
